Valortec’s CEO and founder is a highly qualified expert firearms instructor with a wealth of experience on the range and in real-world situations both domestically and internationally. With over 30 years of professional experience in the intelligence community and Department of Defense, she has developed and deployed operational and informational technologies to protect and defend the United States and its interests.
Throughout her career, she has provided contract support to various agencies including the CIA, NRO, NGA, State Department, USD(I), DARPA, and DoD CIO in roles such as systems engineering, software development, enterprise architecture, and project/program management. She has also worked on international assignments in countries such as Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Belgium, and Canada. In addition, Eva is an Air Force veteran who served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
