Legal Knowledge and Firearms Education

His Valortec biography describes years of informal instruction in firearm safety, legal compliance, and tactical awareness. It also states that he continues to develop his professional firearms-law and instructor qualifications. His educational background should not be mistaken for a claim that he holds a particular firearms instructor license or certification not specifically listed on his profile.
Teaching Philosophy: Clarity, Safety, and Accountability
Domingo emphasizes clear communication, deliberate learning, and responsible judgment. In firearms education, understanding safety principles and the limits of one’s training is as important as technical proficiency. He advocates thoughtful preparation and awareness of the legal context in which decisions occur.
